From North
Garden State Parkway to Exit 98 onto Route 34 South. Follow to Route
35 South and cross the Manasquan River Bridge. After crossing the
bridge, go through first light and make your first left directly
after the Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins. (U-turn) After U-turn move
into the right lane and make your first right.( Look for sign, "
To Beach") go across train tracks, pass 7- Eleven and continue
through one light. Go over a small bridge and make immediate left
into Ken's Landing/Cottage Restaurant parking lot. Please park directly
next to boat. If you need assistance there will be deckhands in
the parking lot to show you where to park and help you and your
equipment onto the boat.

From South
Garden State Parkway to Exit 90. Follow Route 70 East to Route 88
East. Follow 35 North for about 2 miles, train tracks will be next
to you on the right side of 35 North. (Look for sign, " To
Beach") Bear right onto broadway, go across train tracks, pass
7- Eleven and continue through one light. Go over a small bridge
and make immediate left into Ken's Landing/Cottage Restaurant parking
lot. Please park directly next to boat. If you need assistance there
will be deckhands in the parking lot to show you where to park and
help you and your equipment onto the boat.

From Trenton and Philadelphia
Take Route 195 East to Exit 35, which is Route 34 South. Follow
Route 34 to Route 35 South. On 35 South, cross the Manasquan River
Bridge. After the bridge, go through the the first light and turn

From Seaside Park,
Seaside Heights, Ortley Beach, Lavalette, Normandy Beach, Mantoloking
& Bay Head
Take Route 35 North (Main Street through Bay Head). Keep right and
follow onto Ocean Avenue. At this point, you will be in Pt. Pleasant.
Proceed through one light (Arnold Ave/Jenkinson's Boardwalk) and
make a left at Skoko's Restaurant and then make a right into Ken's
Landing/Cottage Restaurant parking lot. Please park directly next
to boat. If you need assistance there will be deckhands in the parking
lot to show you where to park and help you and your equipment onto
the boat.
